He graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Faculty of Architectural Department of City and Regional Plannning in 2012. As an urban designer he has a keen interest in reading and analyzing the city and it’s patterns.
He worked for The Chamber of Architects of Turkey, Istanbul Metropolitan Branch, as a workshops director in “Kent Düşleri / Urban Dreams” for 3 years. Throughout his academic and professional course he participated in several workshops and various competitions.
Professionally he is interested in urban urban design, societies and public space, urban conservation and architecture. Amongst his areas of interest Tolgahan has been creating graphic design project for different types of clients.
Tolgahan took charge in different stages of several urban design projects within the body of different institutions.
He is continuing a master program in Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Urban Design Department and He has been working as a part of Avci Architects since December 2012.
